At Ashva Foods, every batch of our snacks is prepared with care to ensure you receive fresh, crispy, and delicious products. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Because our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, we will gladly help resolve issues in the following cases:

Eligible Situations

You may request a replacement or refund if:

• You received a damaged package
• You received the wrong product
• The package appears tampered with during delivery

Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the issues above, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Send an email to orders@ashvafoods with:

• Your Order Number
Photos of the product and packaging
• A short description of the issue

Resolution Options

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

• A replacement product, or
• A refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued if:

• The product has already been consumed
• The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery
• The shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer
